Describing the Bachelor’s-Level Behavioral Health Workforce Across the U.S.
Project Description
At a time when the behavioral health workforce continues to experience shortages and maldistribution, developing new and expanded roles is a critical step for increasing access to behavioral health care. This study will investigate and describe the titles, roles, credentialing, and regulation of bachelor’s-level behavioral health support professionals across the U.S. to identify and inventory ways states are increasing the size of the behavioral health workforce.
