Supervision Models for Peer Support Workers and Their Relationship to Workforce Sustainability: A Systematic Review

Project Description

This scoping review will synthesize peer-reviewed and gray literature to identify the supervision models used for peer support workers, how they are structured, and which workforce outcomes, such as burnout and retention, are associated with different approaches. Results will inform Medicaid program design and certification standards that support peer role integrity and workforce sustainability.
