Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics and Workforce Capacity for Care Coordination

Project Description

This national cross-sectional survey of CCBHC direct care providers will describe how care coordination tasks are distributed across workforce roles and evaluate the relationship between coordination workload and burnout and capacity for direct care. Findings, which may extend to faith-based providers and CCBHCs at faith-based sites, will inform HRSA and state strategies for staffing and payment models that make care coordination sustainable.
