From Training to Treatment: Building the Family Medicine MOUD Workforce

Project Description

This study will add MOUD-focused questions to the national CERA surveys of family medicine physicians and program directors to assess buprenorphine initiation rates, training barriers, and residency program readiness following elimination of the DEA X-waiver. Findings will have direct implications for faculty development, rural access, and building the future pipeline of MOUD prescribers in primary care.
