Variation in Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics’ Staffing Approaches

Published: 2023-09-01
Updated: 2023-09-15

Project Description

The Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) program is a novel approach to financing and delivering comprehensive community-based behavioral health services: participating clinics are reimbursed at the full cost of service provision, and in return, provide comprehensive care. This study will characterize staffing approaches used by CCBHC clinics participating in the 2018-2019 demonstration and determine how and whether staffing approaches were correlated with clinic performance.
