Project Description

While existing research describes high rates of turnover for the behavioral health workforce, it remains unclear which factors support the workforce to remain in their roles particularly in underserved communities. This study will identify the features of behavioral health clinicians’ work and jobs correlated with how long they anticipate remaining in their safety net practices.
